Example: What is your preference in a Lagotto puppy for: Color, Sex, Personality? Also, please indicate whether or not you are flexible regarding this list, as we may not be able to provide you with your exact request due to circumstances beyond our control.

Kindly provide us a little information about yourself and your family. (ie. children's ages, housing, hobbies, space and availability for exercise, work schedules, etc.)
Pick-Up Information
Picking up your puppy in person is always preferred, but we realize that sometimes this is not possible. Will you be picking up your puppy or will you need to make arrangements to have your puppy sent to you? When you advise us where to send your puppy, we can let you know what the additional shipping costs will be. Shipping costs are not included and are your responsibility. You must arrange to pick up your puppy at the designated time. If you cannot pick up your puppy, special arrangements must be made in advance and additional charges will be incurred. We strongly advise that any vacation time or other conflicts be resolved prior to your commitment for adoption.
We will place your puppy on hold for you for 7 days when we receive your request for adoption. This will give you time to mail your deposit. Upon receipt of your deposit (CHECKS must be cleared by the bank before being considered paid), you will be assigned your puppy and it will be removed from the list of available puppies on our waiting list. You can now begin to get updates and pictures regarding the new addition to your family. Please consider your commitment for adoption of a puppy seriously. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. In the event that we are not able to provide you with a puppy due to circumstances beyond our control your deposit will be refunded promptly. Please check the appropriate box designating that you will be sending in your deposit after you have fill out the application.
